Use and Maintenance
1. Operate the pump at its standard rotational speed to maintain safety and prolong its lifespan. Avoid unnecessary acceleration.
2.Direct coupled type pump units:Ensure the chassis remains stable to prevent coupling damage.
Belt wheel type pump units:Align the pulleys properly; ensure the belt tension is moderate. Rusty impellers can be freed by gently tapping the coupling axially. For optimal suction, keep pump height within 1-2 meters of the water source.
3. Immediately halt operations if abnormalities like noise or vibration occur. Monitor bearing temperatures to remain below 75°C.
During extended downtime, drain water, perform maintenance, oil components, and store in a dry, ventilated area.
In winter, promptly drain water post-operation to prevent frost damage. Every 1000 hours, clean bearings and replace worn parts.
