Use and Maintenance
1. Always operate the pump at its standard rotational speed to prevent safety hazards and extend its service life.

2.Direct coupled type pump units:Ensure the chassis remains stable to prevent any potential damage to the coupling.
Belt wheel type pump units:Align the pulleys accurately, and ensure the belt is neither too loose nor too tight. If the pump fails to operate, it may be due to a rusty impeller-ring; gently tap the coupling axially with a mallet. The pump's mounting height should allow it to effectively draw water, staying within a permissible vacuum height of 1-2 meters.

3. Cease operation if you detect abnormalities such as noise, vibration, or decreased hydraulic discharge. Monitor bearing temperatures closely, ensuring they do not exceed 75°C.
If storing for an extended period, drain the pump, perform maintenance, apply oil, and store it in a dry, well-ventilated area.
In winter, immediately drain the pump to prevent frost damage. After every 1000 hours of operation, clean the bearings and replace worn components to maintain optimal performance.
